Prices in AUD. QuickSecure is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
Yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 months at the price of 11 ($1,089, $3,289 or $7,689 a year); help coins and Quick AI requests are still added every month. On Business, the included penetration test is available straight away on yearly billing, or after your third paid month on monthly billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal - you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and fees already paid aren't refunded. Unused coins lapse when a subscription ends.

Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade your plan at any time directly from your account - changes take effect immediately. Downgrades require a quick conversation with our team so we can make sure service usage (scans, coins, add-ons) hasn't exceeded the lower tier's limits.
Can I get a demo?
Yes, though you don't need one to get started. You can sign up online and be live the same day, or contact us and we'll arrange a walkthrough.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are quick, one-click purchases that give you immediate extra capability on top of your subscription - like a coin pack when you need more time with our team (10 coins for $225, 20 for $450, 50 for $1,075 or 200 for $4,000). No quotes, no scoping calls: buy one and the coins are in your account right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - cancel your subscription at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: the end of the month on a monthly plan, or the end of the paid year on a yearly plan. Fees already paid aren't refunded, and unused help coins lapse when your subscription ends, so spend them before then. If you cancel a scheduled penetration test at short notice, coins already committed to it may not be refundable, since that work has been booked with our team.
Is vulnerability detection the same across plans?
Yes. Every plan uses the same detection engine. Higher tiers cover more domains, scan more often and include more help coins.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every plan can be paid yearly for the price of 11 months - Starter $1,089, Professional $3,289 or Business $7,689 a year. Your help coins and Quick AI requests are still added every month, and we email you a reminder before each yearly renewal so it never catches you by surprise.
What do the included review and pen test cover?
On Professional and Business, once every 3 months one of our experts reviews your QuickSecure dashboard and gives you prioritised next steps. Business also includes one external penetration test every 12 months - manual testing of up to 16 internet-facing IP addresses, with a findings report and one retest. On monthly billing the included test is available after your third paid month; on yearly billing, straight away. Neither uses your coins.
What are help coins?
Help coins are how you pay for work by our team. You can request anything - penetration tests, expert advice, implementation or remediation help - and every request shows its fixed coin price before you commit. Plans include 4, 10 or 16 coins a month, and coin packs top you up whenever you need more. Penetration tests start from 128 coins, and Business includes one external penetration test every year. Unused coins roll over for up to 12 months and expire 12 months after they're allocated.
