3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

• Scan domains you do not own or have explicit permission to scan
• Use the Service to conduct unauthorized security testing
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service except through our API
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations

5. Domain Verification

All domains added for scanning must be verified and approved by our team. We reserve the right to reject any domain for scanning at our discretion. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to scan any domain you submit.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

Our Service is offered through various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuickSecure and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKSECURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• All vulnerabilities will be detected
• Results will be accurate or complete

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuickSecure harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Unauthorized scanning of domains

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
