The website at quicksecure.io (the "Website") is operated by QuickSecure Pty Ltd (ACN 702 435 336) ("QuickSecure", "we", "our", or "us"), a company based in Queensland, Australia. These Website Terms of Use apply when you browse or use the Website. By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These terms do not apply to the QuickSecure platform at app.quicksecure.io. Your subscription and use of the platform are governed by the Subscription Agreement and the other documents at app.quicksecure.io/legal. If anything on the Website conflicts with those documents, they prevail.

2. Using the Website

You may view, download and print content from the Website for your own information, including for evaluating QuickSecure for your business. You must not:

• Use the Website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website or the systems behind it, except as permitted by the responsible disclosure guidelines on our Security page
• Copy, republish or commercially exploit Website content without our written permission, except as allowed by law
• Submit false, misleading or malicious information through our contact form

3. Information on the Website

Content on the Website is general information about QuickSecure and cybersecurity. It is not tailored advice for your business. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but subject to section 7 we do not warrant that the Website or its content is complete, accurate, current or available without interruption, and we may change the Website at any time. Plan features, pricing and other terms of your subscription are set out in the Subscription Agreement and on the platform at the time you subscribe.

4. Links to Other Websites

The Website links to websites operated by others (and to the QuickSecure platform, which has its own terms). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content - including text, graphics, logos, illustrations and the QuickSecure name - are owned by or licensed to QuickSecure and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Except as set out in section 2, no licence is granted to you.

6. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Website, including our contact form. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use and how to change your cookie settings.

7. Australian Consumer Law and Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content. The Website is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts that may hear appeals from them.
